Please find attached the U17 squad to move forward to the session on Friday evening at Preston Grasshoppers. Firstly congratulations to those selected, secondly to those not selected please rest assured that there have been a lot of very difficult decisions this year. This is a two year process and we believe that many players who may narrowly miss out now, will come back stronger next year in the U18 season.
We will be providing feedback in due course by e-mail. So if you have any questions please do wait for the feedback to arrive.
Please be aware that the schedule has changed slightly in that the session planned for Monday at Fylde has been moved to Friday at Preston. There has already been an e-mail about this.
Finally, thanks for your patience, a lot of thought has been put into this squad. We have very limited training and trial time and we have endeavoured to give the boys a fair chance.'
