Lancashire County RFU are sad to announce the untimely death of David Matthews. David was President of Lancashire in 2014-2015. He was also a very respected member of the Refereeing fraternity and was on the RFU Referee list which included two years on the International Panel.
There are no funeral arrangement announcements yet but these will be posted on here when available.
