about the death of Frank Morgan on Monday 27th February. Frank was a Past President of Lancashire and a former President and Chairman of Wigan RUFC. Lancashire would like to send their condolences to Frank's family at this sad time. Frank's Funeral will be held on Thursday 16th March at St Wilfrid's Church Standish and afterwards at Wigan RUFC. ...
